These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by Urban Crescent (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By voluntarily opting into our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

9. Changing or Reassigned Telephone Numbers

Telephone numbers may be reassigned to other individuals. We are not responsible for messages received by a subsequent holder of a number where you failed to notify us that you no longer use that number, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS services depend on wireless networks and third-party providers.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent provided by applicable law.

16. Disputes and Governing Terms

Nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
